Description:

In this role, you will work with the Global Talent Attraction Project Management team to support a small number of critical global projects. You will lead the management and execution of projects, ensuring coordination across stakeholder teams, and delivery according to objectives and timelines. Depending on the project, the role may also require your input into strategy, ideation and solutions.

 

In this experience, the participant will:

-              Collaborate with colleagues to ensure coordination across HR and the business

-              Develop and execute work plans for large scale projects during any phase of the project life cycle, from kick-off through implementation and retrospective evaluation

-              Define and monitor resource requirements for initiatives

-              Interface with and manage relationships with all stakeholders affected by the project

-              Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports

-              Develop communication strategies and drive communication plans

-              Develop and report on project success metrics

-              Continuously monitor progress and take corrective actions that ensure successful achievement of project goals

-              Conduct project meetings, project tracking and analysis

-              Keep project owners and sponsors informed of progress, challenges, and barriers

-              Perform other duties as assigned

 

Ideal or Preferred Candidate:

-              Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks under pressure without direct supervision

-              Skilled in organizational change management

-              Experience developing and implementing projects on time and within budget

-              Demonstrated ability to lead multiple concurrent projects of varying scope

-              Skilled in exercising time management strategies across global time zones

-              Demonstrated use of data and analysis to inform decisions and influence others

-              Proven success in business process improvement

-              Strong business acumen and ability to quickly synthesize and articulate business requirements

-              Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence without direct authority

-              Broad understanding of HR/Recruiting strongly preferred

-              Experience with Mac OS and iWork productivity suite is advantageous
