The Music Marketing Assistant/Coordinator will provide support to the Music Marketing Lead, as well as the entire music marketing team, based in Culver City. This support will include daily administrative tasks such as meeting scheduling, travel scheduling, and supply ordering, as well as coordination cross-functionally. In addition, this role will be responsible for compiling, formatting and reporting information and materials for our multi-channel marketing campaigns, and in supporting asset trafficking across the teams.
¥ Responsible for providing administrative support to the music marketing lead and team.
¥ Create and maintain campaign trackers and Keynote decks for internal, external, and executive presentations.
¥ Optimization of systems and tools to streamline workflows.
¥ Support artist engagement programs, including the trafficking of visual assets for marketing reports and social media, creating tracking links, etc.
¥ Format and distribute weekly, monthly, and ad hoc marketing materials and reports.
¥ Be an advocate for client Music artists, programs and streaming product.
¥ May be asked to assist during live marketing events.
¥ High attention to detail with an eye for client design standards.
¥ Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.
¥ Experience with administrative support in a high-paced environment.
¥ Advanced Excel, Keynote, Photoshop, and enterprise business tool experience is a must.
¥ Strong people and presentation skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
¥ Superior organization and time management skills.
¥ Proven ability to automate and streamline daily tasks while working with deadlines.
¥ Reporting and analytical experience preferred.
BS/BA degree from top-ranked school preferred
