The WinMax Recruiting group spearheads this program involving constant proactive recruitment of talents in the efforts towards bridging gaps between needs and skills.

Training & Internship

WinMax has an affiliation with universities and local community colleges. We believe in promoting employment through mentoring, networking & education. WinMax aims to provide value-based internships and training programs for fresh graduates in order to provide them professional experience.

Business Community Networking

At WinMax, we focus on Business Community Networking. We keep in mind that networking is about being genuine and authentic, building trust and relationships, and finding ways to help others.

We promote networking and meetings that are based more on learning, making contacts, and/or volunteering rather than on strictly making business connections.

Charity and Fundraising

At WinMax, we strongly believe in the opportunity to give back. This is our top reason to sponsor and support our charity initiative called WinMax Charity Program. It allows us to share and pass on some of our funds and success to Charities that need our support and help.

Administration of President Barack Obama & WBE:

The present Administration of President Barack Obama strongly supports Women Business Enterprises and proposes companies to offer supplier’s status to WBE companies. President Barack Obama has proposed implementing the Women Owned Business Contracting Program (WOBCP). WOBCP is a program to encourage more women to participate in competing for federal contracts. President Obama proposed to implement the WOBCP; provide more support to women business owners; enact more policies to reduce discrimination in lending practices to women in business. WinMax, a 100% Women Business Enterprise, certified by WBENC, has applied for WOBCP and its application to this program is in process.

WinMax provides support and opportunities to other Minority & WBE companies as its suppliers: WinMax recognizes the importance of a diverse supplier base and its impact on the business community. We aim to meet the requirements of our corporate and government customers by doing business with other minority companies, not only because it is the right thing to do, but also because it makes good business sense. Our goal is to reach out and identify qualified minority and women-owned companies, veteran and service disabled veteran-owned businesses that are capable of providing products and services as our suppliers and partners.
