Role:

The primary role of the Management Analyst is to provide management analysis for product management, competitive intelligence, product viability, product positioning, product development and also provide suitable exit strategies. Ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert and have the ability to drive monetization of the WinMax Systems web properties; they should also have the ability to pursue venture capitalists to raise round two funding.

The Management Analyst will perform business analytics, financial analytics, strategy design and development, corporate reporting and communications. Responsibilities of the Management Analyst include managing and driving technology and business functions to effectively launch and leverage the web properties of WinMax Systems at a global scale and across cultures.

Job Description:

Candidate will be responsible gathering information from the management team and ensuring that all teams involved have access to the necessary information from time to time throughout the application development process.

  • Conduct in-depth data analysis and review financial requirements through all phases of the project and ensure that the technical team is successful; the candidate should understand the ROI (Return on Investment) for the project and ensure that each project undertaken is finished in time and within budget.

  • Seek and provide information to help companies determine their position in the marketplace. Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution, forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.

  • Candidate will ensure that all the business requirements are well understood by the technical team and that the application is built on data from market research. He/She will be responsible for community management, business management, requirement analysis and designing techno-functional specifications for all WinMax web properties.

  • Communicate with both India and US cross-functional teams and clients to understand and document the business objectives, prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent; and three to five year’s job-related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in the field of Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.

  • Contribute information specialization in analyzing how data processing can be applied to the specific needs of users and involve in design and implementation of computer-based processing systems
